Update
New versions are published on the Comfy Registry: ComfyUI-BytePlus-ModelArk on registry.comfy.org. Its Versions tab lists every release. Use the method that matches how you installed the pack. Your saved keys and settings stay where they are: they live in user/.env, not in the pack folder.
Update with ComfyUI-Manager
Section titled “Update with ComfyUI-Manager”- Open ComfyUI-Manager and choose Custom Nodes Manager.
- Find ComfyUI BytePlus ModelArk & AI MediaKit. When a newer version exists, the entry shows an Update button.
- Press Update, then restart ComfyUI and reload the browser page.
Update with the Comfy CLI
Section titled “Update with the Comfy CLI”Update the pack on its own:
comfy node update ComfyUI-BytePlus-ModelArkOr update every installed custom node at once:
comfy node update allTo see what is installed, run comfy node show installed. Restart ComfyUI and reload the browser page afterwards. To update ComfyUI itself, use comfy update.
Update a manual install
Section titled “Update a manual install”-
Pull the latest code in the pack folder:
Terminal window cd ComfyUI/custom_nodes/ComfyUI-BytePlus-ModelArkgit pull -
Install the requirements with the same Python that runs ComfyUI, in case a new version needs a newer BytePlus SDK:
Terminal window pip install -r requirements.txt -
Restart ComfyUI and reload the browser page.
After updating
Section titled “After updating”- Reload the browser page, not only the server, so the new Settings page and node definitions load.
- A workflow that was saved with an older version keeps working: node IDs do not change between versions. Workflows saved with an older version of a template keep their own node settings; open the template again from the template browser to get the newest one.
- Before reporting a problem, check the version you run in ComfyUI-Manager and compare it with the latest one on the Registry page.
